CONTRACTOR, operating as an independent driver or business entity, represents that it has complied with all applicable Federal, State, and local statutes governing business operations, encompassing permits, licenses, tax obligations, and other regulatory mandates requisite for executing the delineated Scope of Work within this Agreement.
CONTRACTOR retains the prerogative to undertake analogous tasks or services for entities beyond
TITAN–
COURIERS, asserting a distinct corporate identity, and holds himself or herself out to the public to be a separate business entity.
TITAN-COURIERS desires to enlist the services of CONTRACTOR for specific assignments as necessitated, contingent upon the parameters stipulated herein. THE CONTRACTOR willingly enters into this Agreement, pledging to function as an autonomous contractor for TITAN-COURIERS, cognizant and agreeable to the terms and conditions articulated herewithin. CONTRACTOR expressly acknowledges their autonomous classification, eschewing any employment designation. This Agreement does not imply an assurance of continuous or enduring engagements; instead, TITAN-COURIERS may periodically extend contract opportunities to subcontractors such as CONTRACTOR, who retains the discretion to accept or decline such offers. Neither party is bound to uphold a consistent provision of contracts, nor is the CONTRACTOR obliged to commit to any future contractual obligations.[/factrie_vc_section_title]
